Social Media cum MIS Executive

Description

TruckMitr is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media cum MIS Executive who can manage our digital presence while also handling MIS reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be creative with content, analytical with data, and comfortable working across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management and/or MIS role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (reach, CTR, engagement, leads).
• Experience in logistics, transport, or startup ecosystem is a plus.
