Drivers may choose to cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request through the TruckMitr app or by contacting our customer support team.
Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits including training programs, job applications, and insurance coverage will be terminated.
Refund Policy:
Free Memberships (First 3,000 Drivers): No payments are collected; therefore, no refunds are applicable.
Paid Memberships (Driver 3001 and onward):
Refunds will not be provided once the membership has been activated.
Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if the driver does not utilize the membership benefits.
Renewal Policy:
Drivers renewing their membership without any lapse will be eligible for a discounted renewal price.
If a driver fails to renew before expiry, they will be required to pay the applicable fee as per the current pricing tier.
For Transporters
Job Posting & Registration:
Transporter registration and job postings are completely free. As such, no cancellation or refund is applicable for these services.
Driver Hiring Fee:
A hiring fee of Rs. 3,000/- is charged per successful driver hire.
This fee includes one free replacement within 6 months of the hiring date, in case the hired driver does not continue or meet expectations.
Refund Policy:
The hiring fee is non-refundable, even if the transporter chooses to cancel the hire or the hired driver discontinues before 6 months.
However, in such cases, TruckMitr will offer a free replacement driver within the 6-month window as per the membership terms.
General Terms
TruckMitr reserves the right to amend the pricing, policies, and membership benefits at its discretion.
All refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by TruckMitr will be final.
